Job Description: B2B Sales Development Program
AT&T offers a 4-month paid sales development program designed to launch careers in business-to-business (B2B) sales. This program provides participants with:
• Comprehensive Training: Instructor-led, interactive training to develop sales skills.
• Real-World Experience: Hands-on experience working with real customers, ranging from small businesses to multinational organizations. This involves utilizing advanced technology to solve business problems and meet sales goals while providing excellent customer service.
• Competitive Environment: The program equips participants with the tools and connections to excel and become top sales performers.
• Diverse Challenges: Opportunities to develop skills in securing new business and managing existing accounts.
• Career Progression: Successful completion leads to placement in an outside sales role within AT&T Business.
• Geographic Preference: Applicants can select a preferred geographic market (subject to availability; see placement map on website).
Compensation and Benefits:
• Salary and Commissions: $57,000 base salary + $23,000 in potential yearly commissions (upon meeting sales goals).
• Sign-on Bonus: $4,500
• Relocation and Housing: Potential relocation bonuses and monthly housing stipends (in certain circumstances).

Qualifications:
• Strong Desire for a Sales Career: A passion for sales is essential.
• Sales Experience (Preferred): Related experience with cold calling and/or a sales major/certificate is preferred but not mandatory.
• Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred): A bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business-related field, is preferred.
• Relocation: Ability to relocate within the U.S. is required.
• Bilingual Skills (Plus): Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is necessary.
Additional Information:
• Weekly Hours: 40 hours per week.
• Time Type: Regular, full-time position.
• Location: Dallas, Texas (although placement after the program may be in other locations based on applicant selection and availability).
