About AT&T’s B2B Sales Development Program
AT&T’s B2B Sales Development Program offers a unique opportunity to launch a successful career in sales within a leading telecommunications company. This paid 4-month program provides hands-on training and real-world experience, equipping participants with the skills necessary to excel in sales roles.

Program Requirements:
• Passion for Sales: A genuine interest and enthusiasm for a career in sales.
• Experience (Preferred): Previous experience with cold calling and/or a sales major/certificate is advantageous.
• Education (Preferred): Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business-related field.
• Relocation: Ability to relocate within the United States.
• Bilingual Skills (Plus): Proficiency in multiple languages is an added advantage.
