About the B2B Sales Development Program:
This is a paid, 4-month program that provides comprehensive training and real-world sales experience. You’ll learn from experienced instructors and interact with customers ranging from small businesses to multinational organizations. The program focuses on:
• Developing essential sales skills: You’ll gain practical experience in cold calling, securing new business, managing existing customers, and using advanced technology to solve business problems.
• Gaining valuable experience: You’ll work with real customers and contribute to AT&T’s success.
• Preparing for a future in sales: The program prepares you for a variety of sales roles within AT&T Business.
Upon successful completion of the program, you will be placed in an outside sales role. You can select your geographic preference from a list of available markets (refer to the placement map on AT&T’s website).
Program Benefits:
• Sign-on Bonus: $4,500
• Relocation Bonuses: Available in certain circumstances.
• monthly Housing Stipend: Available in certain circumstances.
• Base Salary: $57,000 per year
• Commissions: Up to $23,000 per year (when sales goals are met)

Job Requirements:
• Passion for sales and technology: A genuine interest in these areas is crucial.
• Cold calling experience: This is preferred, but not required.
• Sales major/certificate: This is preferred, but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree: A business-related major is preferred.
• Relocation: You must be able to relocate within the U.S.
• Bilingual skills: This is a plus.
