Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Automation Developer Intern to join our dynamic team. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions and automation scripts using Python. This role is pivotal in enhancing business operations by improving efficiency, reducing cycle times, and achieving cost savings.

Key Responsibilities (“The Work”):

• Design and develop RPA solutions to automate repetitive business processes, increasing operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize processes suitable for automation.
• Develop automation scripts using Python to streamline business workflows.
• Leverage Python libraries and frameworks to create efficient and robust automation solutions.
• Build APIs using Python (Django) to enable seamless integration between automation solutions and various business applications, as well as legacy systems.
• Design and implement user-friendly interfaces for automation processes to facilitate easy consumption by business users.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand user requirements and incorporate feedback into UI designs.

Required Skills & Qualifications (“The Must Haves”):

• Experience in RPA development and implementation.
• Proficiency in Python programming and automation scripting.
• Understanding of API development and integration methodologies.
• Experience in designing intuitive and user-friendly UIs for automation processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Location: Onsite if local (Greensboro office) and remote if out of state. Possible team collaboration to Greensboro office if remote.

Knowledge, Skills, And Attributes (Preferred):

• Hands-on experience with the Django web framework for building robust and scalable web applications.
• Familiarity with containerization using Docker to package and deploy applications.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing automation solutions using UiPath.
