Automation & AI Technology Experience Intern | Legends Global

The Tone:
This is a part-time internship at Legends Global, located on-site in Frisco, TX or Conshohocken, PA. Legends Global serves as the premier partner to the world’s greatest live events, venues, and brands, delivering fully integrated premium services across a global network of 450 venues. This role is crucial for an intern to apply LEAN principles and AI tools to analyze technology experience processes, ultimately improving workflow efficiency, reducing manual effort, and enhancing overall service delivery for the company and its partners.

• Mission: To analyze current technology experience processes, identify automation opportunities, and implement solutions to improve workflow efficiency and reduce manual effort.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Process Analysis: Apply LEAN principles and value stream mapping to analyze current technology experience processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Solution Implementation: Assist in designing and implementing automation solutions to improve workflow efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Service Enhancement: Support initiatives to shift work to Level 0 through self-service and automated solutions, enhancing overall service delivery.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, increase operational flow, and improve user experience.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing or recently completing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. Entry-Level.
• Experience: Internship or project-based experience working with data, analytics, AI tools, or business strategy, coupled with a strong interest in enterprise analytics, applied AI, and using data to drive operational decision-decision making.
• Skills: Analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to break down complex, loosely defined problems; ability to present insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences; experience working with relational databases.
