• Mission: Support audit teams by gaining hands-on experience with accounting and auditing practices to optimize client performance and manage risk.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support audit teams by providing hands-on experience with accounting and auditing practices.
• Manage various aspects of an audit engagement, including cash, bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and preparing audit work papers.
• Assist with audits, reviews, compilations, and diverse accounting services for clients.
• Participate in resolving audit issues by gathering evidence and making client inquiries while contributing to daily client workflow.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level position pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting; on track to complete 150 credit hours for CPA eligibility; minimum 3.2 GPA in both major and overall; successfully completed Intermediate Accounting with a grade of B or higher; U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
• Experience: Demonstrated leadership experience in student groups, activities, or team projects; advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Skills: Excellent communication; sharp critical thinking; adaptability to change; eagerness to learn new technologies.
