What You’ll Actually Do
• Conduct Engagements: Participate in different phases of audit and/or tax engagements.
• Perform Analysis: Plan, test, research, and report on various financial aspects.
• Manage Financial Documents: Work with compilations, reviews, compliance, financial statements, and benefit plans.
• Process Tax Filings: Engage in corporate, partnership, individual, international federal, and state & local taxes.
• Interact Professionally: Engage in meaningful interactions with staff at all levels and with clients, gaining experience with business opportunities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in accounting, or a Master’s degree in accounting or tax.
• Experience: Entry-level position requiring academic success with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Skills: Detail-oriented leadership, problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
• Bonus: Completion of the requisite degree and supporting credits to sit for the CPA exam, with the goal of successfully obtaining your CPA license.
