Summer 2027 Audit Intern (Southern California) | Armanino

• Pay: $36 hourly
• Mission: This person will contribute to the completion of audit, review, and other engagements by assisting in procedures and supporting client needs.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Audit Procedures: Assist in the performance and documentation of audit procedures and preparation of workpapers to contribute to engagement completion.
• Team Collaboration: Work as an individual contributor and as part of an engagement team to support client needs.
• Financial Analysis: Interpret and analyze financial data and communicate all findings and issues to the engagement team.
• Research: Research and analyze pertinent client, industry, and technical matters.
• Client Engagement: Engage with client personnel, as well as the engagement team, to develop further relationships.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Current enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s program in business with an emphasis in accounting; Entry-Level.
• Experience: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
• Skills: Ability to assist in audit procedures and workpaper preparation, financial data interpretation and analysis, research skills, and engagement with clients and teams.
• Bonus: Plan to complete 150 semester/225 quarter unit requirement for CPA licensure eligibility between December 2027 – August 2028 strongly preferred.
