The TL;DR

• Pay: $33 hourly
• Mission: To support audit teams in ensuring client compliance, evaluating financial processes, and analyzing data to identify risks and areas for improvement.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Assist: Provide support for assurance engagements across diverse industries and client sizes.
• Evaluate: Help teams assess internal controls and financial reporting processes for clients.
• Analyze: Examine financial data and documentation to identify potential risks or areas needing improvement.
• Participate: Engage in testing procedures and audit documentation.
• Collaborate: Work with team members to help clients maintain compliance with evolving accounting standards.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Accounting major pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, on track to meet CPA eligibility requirements, and interested in a full-time career in public accounting.
• Experience: Minimum 3.3 GPA. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; exceptional verbal and written communication; demonstrated initiative, problem-solving, and strong attention to detail; ability to work effectively and collaboratively with clients and team members.
