What You’ll Actually Do
• Engagement Execution: Assist in executing audit engagements for clients across different industries.
• Financial Data Management: Gather, analyze, and document financial data.
• Control Testing: Participate in fieldwork, including testing internal controls and conducting substantive testing.
• Reporting Contribution: Contribute to the preparation of working papers and audit reports.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with team members to identify issues and recommend improvements.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a GPA of 3.0 or above. This is an Entry-Level position.
• Experience: A basic understanding of accounting principles and completed coursework in Financial and Managerial Accounting.
• Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Bonus: Availability to work full-time (40-55 hours per week), including potential overtime during tax season.
