• Job Title: Audit Intern
• Department: Audit Department
• Work Schedule: Approximately 32 – 40 hours per week
• Duration: Summer 2026 (June through August)
• Locations Available: Allentown & Reading
• Internship Experience/Benefits: This internship offers training, generous pay, the opportunity to work with experienced professionals, and provides valuable hands-on experience and insight into the public accounting world.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Record audit test work and documentation under the supervision of a lead auditor.
• Assist with general ledger accounting and reconciliation.
• Works with lead auditor to ensure compliance with corporate and industry standards.
• Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and completeness.
• Collaborate with other audit team members regarding improvement opportunities during the audit process.
• Trace entries to original documents or sources.
• Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or a related area of study.
• Must be a Sophomore, Junior, or Senior.
• 3.0 GPA or higher.
• Prior accounting internship experience in tax or audit preferred.
• Must exercise complete confidentiality.
• Adept at meeting deadlines.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Detail focused and driven to achieve high standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work additional and non-traditional hours as required to meet client requirements.
