What You’ll Actually Do
• Analytical Auditing: Sharpen analytical skills by thoroughly auditing client financials, diverse transactions, and internal control processes, gaining in-depth exposure to the auditing profession.
• Collaborative Client Service: Work both independently and collaboratively with a diverse group of talented audit professionals to deliver exceptional and high-quality audit client service.
• Technology Utilization: Effectively use Crowe’s innovative audit tools and technologies, which incorporate advanced analytics, data visualizations, and process flow automation, to efficiently analyze client data.
• Diverse Engagement Experience: Contribute as a team member on a wide range of client engagements, spanning industries such as manufacturing and distribution, not-for-profit, government, healthcare, education, construction, dealerships, food and agriculture, insurance, and financial institutions.
• Benefit Plan Audits: Gain specialized experience by having the opportunity to work on benefit plan audits, which may include 401(k), pension, or employee stock ownership plans.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Candidates must be actively pursuing a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s in Accounting or a similar degree program. A critical requirement is being scheduled to meet the educational criteria for obtaining a CPA license in their assigned Crowe work location prior to starting full-time, with responsibility for understanding state-specific requirements.
• Experience: Possess relevant work experience, which could include prior internships, summer positions, or school jobs, demonstrating practical application of skills.
• Skills: Demonstrate proficiency with Excel, strong academic credentials, and proven leadership abilities. Essential skills include strong problem-solving capabilities, excellent verbal and written communication for interacting with clients and teams, the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, and the capacity to work efficiently both independently and within a team environment with professionals at all levels.
• Bonus: Experience with data analytics is strongly desired. Candidates should also have a desire to travel for client engagements and be available to work or travel during evenings or weekends if required for project needs.
