Audit & Assurance Intern – Fall 2027 | CCK Strategies

The Tone:
This is an internship at CCK Strategies, involving travel to client locations both locally and occasionally out of state. • Mission: Assist in providing quality assurance services and solutions to entrepreneurial clients across various industries.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Prepare: Assist Staff and Seniors with the creation of engagement workpapers.
• Document: Complete detailed workpaper documentation in alignment with firm and industry standards.
• Identify: Spot and communicate areas of risk within the engagement team, applying basic accounting principles.
• Resolve: Address review notes completely and in a timely manner.
• Interact: Work directly with clients as needed.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level position for individuals in process of obtaining a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• Experience: No prior professional experience required; ability to master basic accounting concepts is key.
• Skills: Strong communication (verbal and written), effective time management in a dynamic environment, critical thinking to independently resolve challenges, and adaptability to a wide variety of projects.
