The TL;DR

What You’ll Actually Do
• Education: Expand upon and apply classroom education to practical scenarios within the audit profession.
• Client Work: Engage directly with clients to execute comprehensive financial statement audits.
• Training: Actively participate in various specialized audit, accounting, and software training programs.
• Mentorship: Receive guidance and learn best practices and essential workplace skills through direct mentorship with Audit Partners.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level, currently enrolled as a Junior, Senior, or Master’s student in an accounting or business program at an accredited University or College.
• Experience: Actively pursuing a degree in accounting or business, with an interest in gaining professional audit experience.
• Skills: Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities to assess financial information effectively and possess excellent communication skills for client and team interactions. Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0.
