The Tone:

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support Engagements: Assist with audit and other assurance or tax engagements, contributing to meaningful client work.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work alongside experienced professionals and clients to obtain information and maintain well-supported documentation.
• Document Work: Prepare clear workpapers documenting procedures, evidence, results, and conclusions or assist with tax returns, workpapers, and research.
• Apply Feedback: Utilize coaching and feedback to strengthen technical knowledge and improve work quality.
• Utilize Technology: Employ firm-approved audit, data analysis, workflow, tax preparation, and collaboration technologies to complete assigned tasks.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Accounting or a related business discipline from an accredited institution. Entry-Level.
• Experience: Must have at least one academic term remaining post-internship. No prior professional experience is required.
• Skills: Foundational accounting knowledge, ability to conduct basic research, analyze information, and document findings clearly and accurately, openness to learning emerging technologies, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Bonus: Previous internship, academic, leadership, volunteer, customer service, or other relevant experience demonstrating an interest in accounting or professional services is preferred.
