The TL;DR
• Role: Internship
• Team: Reports to engagement leaders (seniors and managers) with mentorship from a performance manager and buddy.
• Mission: To provide essential support to client engagement teams, gaining practical experience in public accounting and developing core assurance skills that extend beyond the classroom.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Collaboration: Collaborate with engagement leaders by working closely with seniors and managers on client engagements across diverse industries.
• Skill Development: Build foundational assurance skills through practical, hands-on experience with planning procedures, balance sheet and income statement testing, and audit reporting.
• Project Support: Support special projects by assisting with various ad hoc initiatives and department-wide efforts.
• Client Communication: Communicate with clients and internal teams to help maintain engagement timelines and ensure the timely delivery of work products.
• On-Site Engagement: Engage in on-site client work by traveling to client locations and actively contributing as a valued member of the engagement team.

• Background: Entry-Level. Candidates should be embarking on their accounting career path or pursuing relevant academic studies.
• Experience: No prior experience is required; this internship is designed for individuals seeking to gain foundational experience in public accounting.
