What You’ll Actually Do
• Maintain & Track: Maintain comprehensive project plans, trackers, dashboards, and RAID logs using tools like Jira and Confluence, ensuring all milestones, deliverables, tasks, risks, and dependencies are accurately tracked across teams.
• Communicate & Report: Prepare and deliver regular project and program status updates, monitoring progress, communicating potential delays or issues, and maintaining accurate project dashboards and reporting for stakeholders.
• Coordinate & Facilitate: Coordinate effectively across diverse internal teams, including Product, Engineering, QA, Hardware, and DevOps, to align efforts and facilitate cross-functional meetings.
• Document & Follow Up: Capture detailed meeting notes, clearly document action items with owners and deadlines, and proactively follow up to ensure commitments remain on schedule.
• Support Operations & Improvement: Assist with release readiness, deployment coordination, and ensuring project documentation and Jira tickets are complete, while also identifying opportunities to improve project tracking and team processes.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience, with core knowledge in program or project coordination within a technology environment and an interest in career development in this field.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a program management, project management, project coordination, product operations, or a related role, demonstrating ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Skills: High organizational aptitude, strong attention to detail, clear and effective written and verbal communication, and a proactive approach to ensure work progresses efficiently. Includes proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence, and strong skills in spreadsheets, presentations, and collaboration tools.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid Agile methodologies, a basic understanding of software development concepts, or exposure to SaaS, cloud, hardware/software products, or technology integrations.
