The Tone:

This position is vital for shaping the advertising product experience, specifically optimizing the ad creation process and improving underlying ad infrastructure. What You’ll Actually Do
• Product Design & Optimization: Design and optimize TikTok’s advertising products, focusing on creating new features and enhancing the overall user experience to improve advertiser satisfaction on the platform.
• Performance Analysis: Develop a deep understanding of advertiser optimization habits and advertising delivery mechanisms, analyzing key factors that impact campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Efficiency & Effectiveness: Utilize data analysis and user research to pinpoint ways to improve budget efficiency and overall campaign effectiveness for advertisers.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the full product lifecycle, collaborating with global cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution from product design and development through go-to-market strategies and requirements gathering.
• System Improvement: Work to improve system efficiency and enhance customer experience across all phases of product development and deployment.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Individuals completing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related discipline, establishing a strong academic foundation.
• Experience: Preferred technical experience gained through academic projects or prior product-related internships; no specific years of experience are required for this early-career graduate role.
• Skills: Possess strong logical thinking and data analysis capabilities to effectively break down, analyze, and solve complex problems. Demonstrate robust organizational, planning, communication, and execution skills, alongside being self-motivated and responsible to independently drive projects with reliability and simplicity.
• Bonus: A heavy user of internet products with a strong curiosity and passion for product design and user experience is highly valued.
