What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Insights: Assist in gathering customer and market feedback to help define product features.
• Feature Specification: Write clear, simple user stories and requirements for the engineering team.
• Development Participation: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and product discussions.
• Performance Monitoring: Help track product performance and customer usage using basic metrics.
• Product Support: Support senior product managers in research, testing, and launch activities.

• Background: Entry-Level. Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in product management, business, or technology.
• Experience: 0–1 years of experience in product management, business, tech, or a related internship.
• Skills:
• Basic understanding of how software is built (no coding required).
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Organized, proactive approach with an eagerness to solve customer problems.
• Keen interest in learning about product development and user-centered design.
