Associate Product Line Manager | Skorpios Technologies, Inc.

This role is responsible for managing all facets of customer accounts and projects, driving sales, engineering, and operations functions, and is key to the success of the business.

• Mission: This person solves the problem of effectively managing customer accounts, programs, and operations to ensure timely product delivery and achieve committed business outcomes.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Account Management: Provide excellent customer service and manage all facets of assigned customer accounts.
• Program Management: Oversee all aspects of development programs, including creating and executing product delivery schedules.
• Operations Coordination: Work with internal operations and external 3rd party service providers to ensure timely order execution, materials tracking, and manufacturing processes.
• Quote Generation: Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to generate and provide accurate customer quotes.
• Order-to-Revenue Management: Oversee sales order creation, fulfillment, and revenue recognition within the ERP system, and provide annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue forecasts.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or higher. This is an early career role.
• Experience: Minimum of 0-2+ years of account and/or program management experience in the semiconductor or a related industry. Additionally, 0-2+ years of business experience in order management, customer service, sales, or accounting.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel. Knowledge of semiconductor processes including photolithography, CMP, wet and dry Etching (including DRIE), CVD, PVD, and various Metrology technologies. Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills, positive and professional attitude, strong time management skills, self-starter, and detail-oriented.
• Bonus: Knowledge of NetSuite, Oracle PLM, and Workstream or other foundry MES system. Semiconductor experience is a plus.
