2027 Launch Graduate Program: Procurement Analyst | Momentum
The Tone:
This is a full-time, onsite role at Momentum, located in Dallas, TX. Momentum is a respected collection of independent companies, serving as a global business transformation partner for over 125 of the Fortune 500 brands with $5B in media spend under management. This Associate Procurement Analyst role is designed for recent graduates within Momentum’s Launch Program, focusing on indirect procurement. You will contribute to making better business decisions by applying financial analysis, supplier strategy, and AI-enabled problem-solving to manage third-party goods and services.

• Team: Indirect Procurement team, reporting to the Procurement team, with cross-team training from the Commercial Finance team.
• Mission: Support the sourcing and management of software, professional services, and technology to optimize business decisions and drive growth for Momentum companies.
• Tech Stack: Excel, AI and automation tools (e.g., for research, analysis), Coupa (plus), NetSuite (plus), Ironclad (plus).
What You’ll Actually Do
• Coordinate: Partner with stakeholders across Momentum companies to understand business needs and manage procurement requests for various services and technologies.
• Analyze: Build clear financial models to compare supplier pricing scenarios, including total cost, tiered pricing, and discount structures.
• Evaluate: Translate complex supplier proposals into concise comparisons, summarizing cost, risk, and business trade-offs for decision-makers.
• Negotiate: Support sourcing events, supplier evaluations, and contract negotiations by preparing essential analyses, recommendations, and negotiation materials.
• Improve: Proactively use AI and automation tools to enhance procurement processes, accelerate research, and identify patterns, while identifying continuous improvements.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Graduates in Winter 2026 or Spring 2027 with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: Relevant experience through internships, part-time work, coursework, or projects involving procurement, sourcing, commercial analysis, financial modeling, supplier management, or process improvement.
• Skills: Ability to build and explain quantitative models in Excel, thoughtful and curious use of AI tools, clear communication and relationship-building across diverse teams, and capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus: Experience with procurement or business systems such as Coupa, NetSuite, or Ironclad.
