• Mission: This role owns the responsibility for executing financial analysis and modeling, preparing client presentations, and managing internal teams, while interacting directly with senior bankers and clients in the Pharma Services/Med Tech practice.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Perform financial analysis and modeling to support investment banking activities.
• Manage internal teams to ensure project execution and client deliverables.
• Prepare comprehensive client presentations for various transactions and advisory mandates.
• Interact directly with senior bankers and clients, representing the firm and its advisory services.
The Must-Haves
• Background: This role requires an undergraduate degree.
• Experience: Prior experience in Investment Banking (corporate finance/M&A) or an equivalent field is essential.
• Skills:
• Exceptional analytical capabilities, combined with strong presentation skills.
• Knowledge of basic accounting and financial concepts, and the ability to analyze and value businesses.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, for financial reporting.
• Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to perform well under pressure and against tight deadlines.
• A sophisticated level of interpersonal skill for effective interaction with internal groups and clients.
• Bonus: An undergraduate degree with a focus in finance, business, accounting, economics, or mathematics is preferred.
