Associate, Paid Search | Real Chemistry

What You’ll Actually Do
• Campaign Management: Lead and execute paid search campaigns utilizing online platforms and tools like Google AdWords, Bing Ads, and Search Ads 360.
• Budget Optimization: Manage large search campaign budgets, adjusting and optimizing as needed while providing key recommendations to account teams and clients.
• Research & Strategy: Conduct keyword trend and audience research in tandem with analytics team members to advise paid search recommendations.
• Content Creation: Create ad content and keyword builds for market deployment that align with the overall paid search strategy and best practices.
• Performance Reporting: Track and report performance regularly in cohesion with account and analytics teams, generating insights that tell a cohesive story for clients.
• Billing Support: Assist with billing processes by tracking campaign spend, reconciling invoices, and supporting accurate documentation.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher, demonstrating an understanding of search marketing principles.
• Experience: 0-1 years’ experience in paid search media buying, strategy, or integrated communications, with a basic understanding of all digital media disciplines.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple initiatives under tight deadlines, and a desire to dive into data analysis.
• Bonus: AdWords & Bing Ads certification preferred.
