As an Associate Inventory Manager, you play a vital role in ensuring efficient daily store operations, maintaining accurate inventory, and upholding regulatory compliance while delivering an exceptional experience for patients.

The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Type: Up to 40 hours weekly with flexible hours depending on store needs; includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Location: In-person, Trulieve retail location
• Pay: $19.00 an hour
• Team: Reports to the General Manager, part of the Retail Department.
• Mission: Own accurate inventory management, regulatory compliance, and efficient daily store operations to ensure patient satisfaction.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Inventory Oversight: Monitor and maintain store inventory, ensuring accuracy in reporting.
• Compliance Assurance: Ensure consistent adherence to all state-specific regulations and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Audit & Adjustment Execution: Conduct inventory audits, perform cycle counts, execute system adjustments, and analyze root causes for discrepancies to initiate corrective actions.
• Operational Leadership: Assume key-holding supervisor duties related to store opening and closing procedures, along with basic supervision of staff and retail processes.
• Patient Resolution: Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations professionally and effectively.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High School Diploma required; foundational understanding of inventory tracking and retail operations.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience handling cash; prior management experience in retail or customer service environments is preferred.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal communication skills, ability to operate electronic equipment (computer, scanner, printer), comprehend safety procedures, and maintain strict confidentiality.
• Bonus: Ability to interact respectfully and politely with diverse customers and team members, including those experiencing emotional distress or displaying hostile attitudes.
