• Team: Retail Department, reports to General Manager/Assistant General Manager
• Mission: Ensure precise inventory tracking, consistent regulatory compliance, and efficient daily retail operations while providing outstanding customer service.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain store inventory records and ensure the accuracy of all reporting.
• Compliance & Audits: Ensure consistent regulatory compliance with all state-specific regulations and conduct inventory audits and cycle counts.
• Problem Resolution: Perform system adjustments as needed and participate in root cause analysis for discrepancies to determine and execute corrective actions.
• Operational Supervision: Assume key-holding supervisor duties for opening and closing procedures, basic staff supervision, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
• Patient Relations: Effectively handle and resolve patient issues and escalations to ensure satisfaction.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Management level. High School Diploma required, with core domain knowledge in retail operations and inventory management.
• Experience: Prior cash handling experience is required.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, discretion and confidentiality, effective communication in conversational English, and respectful interaction with diverse customers and team members.
• Bonus: Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service.
