Associate Director – Program Management | Netradyne
The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Netradyne, located in Bengaluru, India. Netradyne builds AI-powered technologies for fleet management and safer roads, leveraging Computer Vision and Edge Computing to enhance the modern transportation ecosystem. This role is crucial for driving strategic growth, ensuring the successful execution of key initiatives, and orchestrating go-to-market strategies across the APAC and MEA regions for a leader in fleet safety solutions.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Drive: Plan, execute, and govern strategic go-to-market initiatives across the APAC and MEA regions.
• Partner: Collaborate with regional leadership to translate business priorities into executable programs, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Monitor: Track program progress, manage dependencies, and ensure the timely delivery of key business initiatives.
• Establish: Create program governance frameworks, operating rhythms, executive reviews, and performance dashboards.
• Ensure: Drive accountability across stakeholders to achieve program milestones and manage interdependencies across multiple workstreams and geographies.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Technology, or a related field, with a focus on Program Management, Business Operations, GTM Strategy, and Sales Operations.
• Experience: 10+ years in Program Management, Business Operations, GTM Strategy, and Sales Operations, including a minimum of 5+ years leading complex, cross-functional business programs within enterprise B2B technology, SaaS, AI, analytics, mobility, transportation, or software organizations.
• Skills: Strategic go-to-market initiative execution, program governance framework development, cross-functional stakeholder accountability, operational dashboard creation, and business performance analysis.
• Bonus: MBA preferred.
