• Team: Consumer & Retail coverage team, reporting to senior bankers.
• Mission: To execute M&A and capital markets transactions and prepare client materials for a diverse range of Consumer & Retail sub-sectors.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Execute: Execute M&A transactions by performing comprehensive financial modeling and valuation analyses.
• Prepare: Prepare client-facing materials, including pitchbooks, Confidential Information Memoranda (CIMs), and board presentations.
• Manage: Manage due diligence processes, coordinating effectively with clients and their counterparties.
• Mentor: Mentor junior Analysts, guiding them in their responsibilities and development.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Investment banking professional with a strong interest in the Consumer & Retail sector.
• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in investment banking, with exposure to both M&A and capital markets.
• Skills: Strong technical skillset, including proficiency in LBO, DCF, and merger models; proven ability to operate effectively in a high-responsibility environment.
• Bonus: Prior experience within the Consumer sector.
