Associate Consumer Insights Manager | Molson Coors Beverage Company

• Team: Strategy and Capabilities team, reporting to the Senior Insights Manager of Miller Family of Brands and Value.
• Mission: Help support the development of consumer learning plans, embedding consumer-first thinking, and delivering actionable insights to champion brand growth.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Design: Design robust, best-in-class consumer insights learning plans that meet the needs of marketing teams.
• Determine: Determine appropriate research methodologies to address key strategic questions by incorporating and refining hypotheses from stakeholders.
• Manage: Manage and integrate multiple research methodologies and data sources, translating complex findings into clear, actionable consumer insights.
• Oversee: Manage research projects across key marketing focus areas, including brand positioning, campaign and communication development, and consumer targeting, to inform strategy and drive business impact.
• Communicate: Identify and communicate consumer insights with key stakeholders and leadership to drive both short-term tactical and long-term strategic direction.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, or a similar field.
• Experience: At least 3 years of consumer research experience (supplier, client, or agency), with proven ability to manage large, complex datasets such as Nielsen and Circana.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, working knowledge of a broad range of qualitative and quantitative methodologies, ability to identify and synthesize consumer information to provide insights to key customers, excellent time management and organizational skills, strong teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bonus: MBA degree, ideally with a social science or research focus.
