What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Delivery: Implement tailored solutions for clients by analyzing procurement data, processes, organizations, and category strategies to deliver real value and results.
• Business Growth: Contribute to building a growing business by taking ownership, continuously learning, and thriving in a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture.
• Industry Collaboration: Support organizations across diverse sectors including consumer goods, retail, healthcare, energy, automotive, and industrial products to solve pressing business challenges.
• Client Partnership: Develop trusted working relationships with client teams by contributing to workshops, negotiations, and client discussions, while quickly building industry knowledge.
• AI Application: Utilize AI tools to accelerate analysis, sharpen insights, and deliver stronger outcomes for clients, while continuously building personal fluency with the technology.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing an undergraduate degree in business administration, business analytics, supply chain management, operations, industrial engineering, or similar fields.
• Experience: Graduating between December 2026 and July 2027, with preferred internship experience or extracurriculars in business, operations, consulting, procurement, supply chain management, or relevant areas.
• Skills: Strong analytical, critical thinking, and structured problem-solving skills; excellent communication and presentation skills; business-fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Bonus: Confidence to share thoughtful perspectives, eagerness to build fluency with AI and apply it professionally, curiosity, adaptability, a results-oriented mindset, an entrepreneurial approach, and ability to effectively collaborate in team environments.
