What You’ll Actually Do
• Communications: Own end-to-end client-expert communications for multiple projects.
• Expert Engagement: Screen and negotiate with relevant expert advisors by phone to secure the best possible matches for client requests.
• Sourcing: Utilize AI-powered sourcing tools to map complex industry value chains and identify and engage with relevant experts.
• Contextual Understanding: Grasp the project and market context, as well as the legal and regulatory environment in which clients and experts operate.
• Project Management: Multitask across parallel workstreams and meet tight deadlines in a communications-intense frontline role.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree with an undergraduate GPA of 3.3 or above; Entry-Level career status.
• Experience: Relevant internship experience; noteworthy extracurricular achievement throughout school and university. Applicants must have work authorization in the United States, with STEM/OPT eligibility considered for those who do not require visa sponsorship.
• Skills: Fluent English; ability to thrive in a results-oriented commercial environment; client-first mindset; capability to excel under pressure using tech-enabled workflows; gritty, resilient, and proactive approach.
