The Product Onboarding Associate is critical in coordinating internal teams and external partners to bring complex global investment products to life.

• Mission: Lead the onboarding, implementation, and launch of new investment products by coordinating internal and external stakeholders from concept through operational readiness.
• Tech Stack: Internal systems, workflow management applications
What You’ll Actually Do
• Partner: Understand new investment products from inception to define required operational support services.
• Lead: Conduct product pipeline calls and organize working groups to ensure operational readiness and drive accountability.
• Communicate: Prepare informational materials and monitor closing checklists to keep stakeholders informed of progress and issues.
• Coordinate: Liaise with clients, fund administrators, custodians, and legal consultants for effective fund setup and operation.
• Manage: Maintain key product information and collaborate on workflow system enhancements for future growth.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Others. A strong foundation in asset management operations and fund onboarding, with comfort navigating complex investment structures.
• Experience: 3-5 years in asset management operations and fund onboarding. Exposure to Credit, Infrastructure, Private Equity, and Real Estate asset classes is preferred.
• Skills: Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail; strong critical and creative thinking with outstanding communication skills; proven ability to manage multiple teams and projects efficiently.
• Bonus: Experience supporting SMAs or insurance-related mandates.
