• Mission: To ensure the accurate and timely establishment and maintenance of client accounts according to service agreements and guidelines.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Account Establishment: Establish new accounts and process account maintenance items according to service level agreements.
• Workflow Management: Manage multiple workflow queues daily to ensure accounts are traded within client and sponsor guidelines.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct quality control checks on new accounts and maintenance transactions to ensure accuracy before trading.
• Issue Resolution: Communicate with custodians, banks, and brokers to expedite and resolve issues.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related capacity.
• Skills: Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail; exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-oriented environment; strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal and external parties; proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn proprietary systems.
