Job Description:

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a dynamic, driven, and creative individual to join their team as an Assistant Store Manager. The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit goals, creating an outstanding customer experience, developing team members, and following company policies.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining focus on individual and team standards to achieve sales and profit projections.
• Contributing to customer satisfaction.
• Developing team member skills and product knowledge through training and evaluation.
• Recruiting and selecting team members.
• Following and enforcing company policies and procedures.
• Performing operational and strategic duties.

Job Requirements:

• At least one year of retail experience is required, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base pay: $16.00 – $21.00 (based on experience and qualifications)
