What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Coordination: Support planning, scheduling, and resource management across active commercial projects, tracking milestones and deliverables to maintain timelines and budgets.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a central coordination point for clear and consistent communication among project managers, field crews, clients, and trade partners.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare progress updates, status reports, and project documentation, while monitoring project records including contracts, submittals, and change documentation.
• Quality & Compliance: Work with field teams to uphold workmanship standards, meet client expectations, and ensure work aligns with project specifications and company quality benchmarks.
• Issue Resolution: Step in when issues arise to help build practical, timely solutions and coordinate across internal teams and outside partners to keep workflow moving.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience, for an early-career role.
• Experience: Previous background in commercial construction or project coordination is required.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and written communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Bonus: Experience with construction management software is a plus.
