Position Summary

The Assistant Manager will work directly with the founder to support the management, development, and growth of talent within Cinderella Models. This dynamic role combines social media expertise, robust networking ability, meticulous event coordination, and strong operational organization. The Assistant Manager is crucial in ensuring that models and creators receive exceptional support while simultaneously helping the company expand its industry relationships and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Creator Support

Assist in the strategic development and growth of creators across major social platforms, including:

• Instagram
• TikTok
• Meta ecosystem platforms (e.g., Facebook)

Responsibilities include:

• Helping manage Instagram super model accounts with precision and insight.
• Proactively monitoring platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging features.
• Supporting content planning, ensuring posting consistency, and optimizing content calendars.
• Helping creators maintain strong engagement metrics and a cohesive, authentic brand identity.
• Learning and implementing advanced social media growth strategies directly from the founder.

Industry Networking & Relationship Development

The Assistant Manager is expected to either possess or actively develop strong connections across the entertainment and fashion industries, including:

• High-profile celebrity influencers and digital personalities.
• Music artists, singers, and their management teams.
• Actors and other entertainment professionals.
• Leading fashion and clothing brands, including luxury and streetwear.
• Reputable modeling agencies.
• Swim week and fashion event organizers.

These relationships are vital for creating impactful collaborations, securing lucrative brand deals, and generating exposure opportunities for Cinderella Models talent.

Event Planning & Talent Coordination

Support the meticulous planning and flawless execution of events involving Cinderella Models creators.

Responsibilities include:

• Organizing and facilitating creator collaborations, from concept to execution.
• Coordinating photoshoots, video shoots, and brand events.
• Assisting with major fashion shows, high-profile swim week events, and influencer meetups.
• Managing all logistics for appearances, interviews, and content creation opportunities.
• Helping ensure that all major events are organized professionally and executed successfully, reflecting positively on Cinderella Models.

Operations & Organizational Management

The Assistant Manager will play a key role in maintaining robust operational structure and seamless communication within the company.
