What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations Management: Assist in the daily management of assigned locations, ensuring parking operations adhere to contractual guidelines and foster positive client relations.
• Financial Reporting: Oversee daily financial activities, including processing bank deposits, auditing cashier reports, managing petty cash, and preparing month-end reports.
• Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise frontline staff such as cashiers, valet attendants, and maintenance porters, monitoring time cards and addressing claims.
• Customer Engagement: Engage in programs to enhance client and customer satisfaction, providing courteous assistance and answering customer questions.
• Facility Upkeep: Support the maintenance and repair of parking equipment and perform general facility upkeep, including cleanup of debris and spills.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High School Graduate with core domain knowledge in parking operations.
• Experience: A minimum of six months of parking experience is preferred.
• Skills: Oral Communication, Written Communication, Customer Service, Adaptability, Judgment.
• Bonus: Availability to work 2nd shift, 3rd shift, and/or weekends, and a thorough knowledge of the garage area, major streets, landmarks, and freeways.
