What You’ll Actually Do
• Operational Oversight: Support management in day-to-day operational tasks and continuously monitor workflow efficiency to identify and recommend practical improvements.
• Standard Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to all company policies, established procedures, and operational standards across the department.
• Customer Advocacy: Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, effectively resolving issues, and maintaining a customer-focused approach.
• Team Leadership & Development: Assist in the onboarding, coaching, and training of new team members, actively fostering a positive, safe, and productive work environment.
• Administrative Management: Accurately maintain organized records, compile essential reports, and manage inventory documentation to support operational transparency.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Others. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, forming the foundational educational background for this role.
• Experience: While no specific years of experience are strictly required, prior experience in leadership roles, retail, or customer service environments is considered a significant advantage.
• Skills: Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for interacting effectively with both customers and team members. The ability to motivate, guide, and work effectively within a team, coupled with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, is critical. Proficiency in customer service is also a key skill.
• Bonus: Some college coursework or a degree is preferred, indicating a broader educational foundation.
