The Tone:
This is a full-time General Manager role at MBR Management, a locally owned franchise of Domino’s, located in Litchfield, IL. MBR Management strives to treat all team members like family, with a goal to support individual career ambitions or assist with earning extra cash. This role is crucial as the General Manager acts as the boss, taking full ownership of all shift operations, setting the example for the team, and ensuring complete adherence to all company policies and procedures.

• Pay: $60000–$75000 yearly
• Mission: Own and manage all aspects of the store’s operations during your shift, ensuring customer satisfaction, team performance, and profitability.
• Tech Stack: Pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, pizza peel

What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage Operations: You will be responsible for all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations during your shift.
• Lead Team: You will set the example by following all policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same high standards from your crew.
• Maintain Store Standards: You will oversee staffing, paperwork, food management, adherence to schedules, maintaining a perfect store image, and ensuring cleanliness.
• Drive Profitability: You will contribute to the store’s success through effective marketing efforts and overall operational efficiency.
• Oversee and Perform Deliveries: You will manage and execute product deliveries by car, including distributing flyers and door hangers, requiring a safe driving record.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager level, with core domain knowledge in quick service restaurant operations.
• Experience: Management experience is required, and quick service restaurant experience is a plus.
• Skills: Judgment, accurate and quick math skills (including making correct monetary change), the ability to multitask, effective verbal, written, and telephone communication skills, motor coordination for rapid and accurate movements, computer keyboard or touch screen order entry, and navigational skills to read maps.
• Bonus: A valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards and access to an insured vehicle for delivery.
