What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage daily store operations by assisting with all shift responsibilities, including cost control, inventory management, cash handling, and customer relations.
• Uphold and enforce all company policies and procedures, setting a clear example for the crew to follow consistently.
• Support the General Manager in crucial administrative tasks such as staffing, scheduling, maintenance coordination, and generating necessary reports.
• Oversee product preparation according to Domino’s standards, safely operate all store equipment, and accurately process telephone orders.
• Perform various operational duties including taking inventory, completing associated paperwork, making product deliveries, assisting on the makeline, and ensuring the daily cleanliness of equipment and the facility.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Managerial position focused on assisting with store operations, team supervision, and maintaining high customer service standards.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience in managing store operations, including oversight of cost, inventory, cash controls, and direct customer interactions.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with customers and co-workers.
• Strong navigational skills to locate addresses and follow maps within the designated delivery area.
• Ability to work effectively under stress, perform repetitive tasks, meet strict quality control standards, and make sound judgments.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record, subject to review of Motor Vehicle Report, and ability to pass a background check.
