This is a full-time or part-time role at MBR Management, a locally owned franchise of Domino’s, located in Fenton, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, leading staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a vibrant restaurant setting.

• Team: Leads staff members and supports the Store Manager.
• Mission: Oversees daily restaurant operations, guides staff, and ensures consistent customer satisfaction and high product quality.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high product quality standards.
• Operational Oversight: Assist in managing inventory, controlling costs, and optimizing overall restaurant performance and efficiency.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure strict compliance with food safety regulations and company policies, while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Customer & Financial Management: Professionally handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback, and oversee daily cash management and financial reporting.
• Staff Support & Development: Support the store manager in developing staff schedules, conducting training, and fostering team member growth.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager career level. High school diploma or equivalent. Core domain knowledge in restaurant management, retail, or customer service is preferred.
• Experience: Valid driver’s license with 2 years of driving experience if under {AGE}, or 1 year if {AGE} or older. Clean driving record, ability to pass a criminal background check, and reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance.
• Skills: Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proven ability to multitask and make sound decisions, basic math and computer proficiency, and flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Bonus: Food safety knowledge and certification, and previous experience in restaurant management, retail, or customer service.
