Shift Manager | Domino’s
The Tone:
This is a manager role at Rogue Pizza, a locally owned and operated Domino’s franchise in Mission, KS. The TL;DR

• Mission: Oversee all operations during a shift, ensuring cost control, inventory management, cash handling, and excellent customer relations to maintain profitability and store standards.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage Shift Operations: Take full responsibility for everything that happens during your shift, meticulously managing cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and ensuring positive customer relations, while adhering to all company policies and procedures 100% of the time.
• Lead and Develop the Team: Staff the shift appropriately and set a strong example for your crew, ensuring they follow all policies and procedures, adhere to a work schedule, and maintain expected attendance and punctuality.
• Maintain Store Standards and Cleanliness: Uphold a perfect store image, ensuring store cleanliness, and performing daily cleaning of equipment and the facility, adhering strictly to operational standards.
• Oversee Food and Inventory Management: Prepare product, stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage and work areas, manage food usage, take accurate inventory, and complete all associated paperwork efficiently.
• Drive Profitability and Customer Service: Actively work towards store profitability through effective management, execute local marketing efforts, receive and process telephone and in-person orders, and provide great customer service, including product delivery.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager. Core domain knowledge includes operations management, cost control, inventory control, cash management, and customer relations in a food service environment.
• Experience: Access to an insured vehicle for delivery purposes. Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards. Must be available 2 out of 3 weekend days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
• Skills: Ability to perform accurate and quick arithmetic (add, subtract, multiply, divide, make correct monetary change). Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with customers and co-workers and processing orders. Excellent motor coordination for precise movements, and the ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen. Navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area, and navigate various terrains.
• Bonus: Management experience preferred. A strong drive to succeed. Open availability for those interested in training to become a General Manager.
