Assistant Manager | Platinum Coastal Group

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operational Support: Provide direct assistance to management in overseeing and executing daily operational tasks, ensuring smooth and consistent business flow.
• Standard Adherence: Consistently uphold and ensure compliance with all established company policies, operational procedures, and service standards across daily activities.
• Customer Engagement: Deliver exceptional customer service experiences, proactively assisting customers, addressing their inquiries, and effectively resolving any issues that may arise.
• Team Development: Participate in the onboarding process for new employees, providing coaching, and contributing to their training to ensure they integrate successfully into the team.
• Process Improvement: Actively monitor the efficiency of workflow processes and provide thoughtful recommendations for improvements to enhance productivity and overall departmental performance.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This is an Entry-Level role primarily focused on developing leadership and operational understanding. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with some college coursework or a degree highly preferred.
• Experience: No specific prior years of experience are strictly required, as comprehensive training is provided. However, prior experience in a leadership capacity, retail environments, or direct customer service roles is considered a significant advantage.
• Skills: Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for interacting with both customers and team members. The ability to effectively motivate, guide, and collaborate within a team is critical, alongside excellent organizational skills for managing multiple priorities efficiently. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and adaptability to changing priorities while taking initiative are also key.
• Bonus: Candidates who possess some college coursework or a degree, or who have previous experience in leadership, retail, or customer service, will be at a distinct advantage.
