• Team: Reports directly to the General Manager, collaborating on store leadership and supervising a team of 40+ employees.
• Mission: To ensure efficient, compliant, and patient-focused daily store operations, contributing to positive sales results and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operational Strategy: Partner with the General Manager to plan and implement strategies that enhance service standards and drive positive sales results.
• Brand & Merchandising: Maintain consistent brand standards for visual merchandising throughout the store.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all state-specific regulations and communicate company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and changes to employees.
• Team Leadership: Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development to the store team, focusing on company service standards and accountability to meet objectives.
• Inventory & Budget: Monitor and maintain accurate store inventory, and assist the General Manager in managing the labor budget to meet business needs.
• Patient Resolution: Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations promptly and effectively when on duty.
• Business Relationships: Maintain professional working relationships with external business partners.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Managerial experience with at least two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Candidates must be at least 21 years of age and eligible to pass required background checks.
• Experience: Prior cash handling experience is required. Demonstrated ability to train, develop, and evaluate a team of 40 or more employees. Proven capability to analyze data and draw appropriate conclusions to inform policies and procedures.
• Skills: Possess strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff. Ability to uphold a strict level of confidentiality and discretion. Must be able to operate electronic equipment (computer, scanner, printer) and utilize telecommunication devices, comprehend safety procedures, and work effectively with customers experiencing distress or displaying hostile attitudes.
• Bonus: Prior management experience, preferably within a retail or customer service environment, is a significant advantage.
