What You’ll Actually Do
• Analyze Performance: Monitor occupancy, rental income, operating expenses, and key financial metrics to identify opportunities for improved asset performance.
• Support Initiatives: Assist with market research, financial analysis, redevelopment evaluations, and investment initiatives.
• Contribute to Strategy: Help develop strategies that enhance property value and mitigate risk across real estate portfolios.
• Collaborate and Report: Work with property management teams, and prepare client reports and presentations.
• Utilize Technology: Use industry technology and proprietary platforms to support data-driven portfolio management.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Recent college graduate with a degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: No specific years of professional experience are required, as this program is designed for recent graduates seeking a full-time career in real estate.
• Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills for interpreting financial data, preparing basic models, and supporting investment analyses. Effective written and verbal communication skills for reports, summaries, and client materials. Comfort with technology, including proficiency in spreadsheets and presentation tools, and willingness to learn new systems. Organizational and time-management abilities, including attention to detail and capacity to handle multiple tasks.
• Bonus: Prior internship or professional experience in property management, asset management, finance, or commercial real estate is a plus. Interest in real estate, asset management, and property operations, preferably with coursework or prior exposure in finance, business, economics, or real estate.
