This pivotal role is designed to provide comprehensive support across all our company offices, assisting team members with the development of critical materials and execution of various Asset Management projects.

The successful intern will be integral in the creation and refinement of:

  • Proposal and prequalification materials
  • Detailed project sheets
  • Professional resumes
  • A variety of other essential Asset Management initiatives

Key Responsibilities

As an Asset Management Intern, your typical duties and responsibilities will encompass, but are not limited to, the following core areas:

  • Provide robust support to the asset management group, engaging in all tasks related to client work, internal operational support, and strategic business development.
  • Configure and customize asset management software solutions for both internal departments and external clients, ensuring tailored functionality and optimal performance.
  • Develop and create insightful Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards that support client projects and provide valuable data to various departments within Collins Engineers, Inc.
  • Perform a range of essential data-driven tasks, leveraging tools such as Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel for efficient data manipulation and analysis.
  • Draft and develop clear, comprehensive standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other how-to guides specifically for asset management software, enhancing user understanding and operational consistency.
  • Assist with crucial pursuit work, including meticulous resume updates and the drafting of compelling project descriptions, contributing directly to our competitive proposals.
