Position Title: Asset Management Group Undergraduate Intern
Program Overview:
This is a 10-week “best-in-class” internship program designed to provide interns with exposure to a specific line of business, tools to launch their career, and real-world job experience that complements their education.
Location:
Opportunities for this internship are available throughout PNC’s footprint.

About the Asset Management Group (AMG):
AMG attracts individuals with a strong desire to interact directly with clients, strong written and verbal communication skills, who are detail-oriented, self-motivated, eager to learn, and can thrive in a lively environment.
The AMG is comprised of three core areas:
• PNC Private Bank: Offers a comprehensive range of solutions and strategies for individuals and families with significant assets. Advisors develop client solutions including lending, investment management, estate/retirement planning, and trust administration. A team approach is utilized, consisting of Banking, Fiduciary, Investment, Wealth, and Relationship Strategists.
• Institutional Asset Management (IAM): Provides Outsourced Chief Investment Officer (OCIO), Fixed Income, and Defined Contribution and Defined Benefit Retirement Solutions for corporations, non-profits, governments, and other institutional investors. IAM boasts over 75 years of experience, with local regional-based service teams offering customized solutions. Their team includes Business Development Officers, Investment Advisors, Relationship Managers, Retirement Plan Advisors, and Portfolio Management & Analytics teams.
• Investment Office: An extension of the dedicated investment team, providing in-depth support and analysis to Investment Advisors on investment strategy, asset allocation, manager selection, and portfolio construction.
Intern Responsibilities (Job Profile):
As a Summer Intern, you will:
• Participate actively in the PNC summer internship program.
• Perform or assist the core activities of the assigned group, applying learned knowledge to drive business results. This may include deal, sales, or process support; internal or external client interaction; or supporting internal projects.
• Participate in social learning within the organization, which includes networking with business representatives and peers, engaging in mentoring, job shadowing, community outreach, and participating in a group capstone presentation.
Required Education and Experience:
• Education: Currently working toward a bachelor’s degree, preferably with junior status.
• Preferred Majors: Business-relevant majors such as Finance, Accounting, IT, Economics, Marketing, Math, Statistics, HR, Management, Communications, Business Law, Psychology, Logistics, Engineering, Actuarial Sciences.
• Minimum GPA: 3.2.
• Experience: Roles at this level are typically filled by recent university/college graduates with little or no professional experience. This includes individuals joining through a corporate development/training program. A comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Base Salary:
The base salary ranges from $18.00 – $35.00 per hour. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education.
