This is a temporary internship at Argen Precious Metals, located in San Diego, CA. Argen is a family-owned company based in San Diego with a state-of-the-art manufacturing center, providing high quality dental solutions to dental labs of all sizes. Originally founded as a precious metals company, Argen has evolved into a technology-based manufacturing organization focusing on dental alloys, zirconia, and digital dentistry solutions. This internship offers the chance to join a growing, technology-focused, and service-oriented team, gaining excellent industry knowledge and experience in an organization committed to quality dental solutions, whose products are FDA regulated and ISO certified.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Provide assistance for the business needs of the assigned department.
• Assist: Contribute to ongoing department projects or proposals.
• Present: Share the results of completed work or provide an overview of project progress.
• Collaborate: Work alongside industry professionals to gain market experience.
• Participate: Attend company, department, and culture community meetings.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in high school, or pursuing a 4-year degree, advanced degree, or trade school certification.
• Experience: Demonstrated leadership, community service, or other awards. Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
• Skills: Proactive approach with a strong sense of urgency. Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, alongside effective interpersonal abilities. Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Bonus: A minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
