Description:
At Jacobs, you’ll be contributing to transformative projects, designing the future, and tackling real-world challenges. As an Architecture Intern, you’ll provide support to project teams, foster a culture of continuous learning, and bring fresh ideas to the table. You’ll be immersed in the process of creating building designs and drawings using freehand sketches and design software like AutoCAD and Revit. Working alongside senior designers, you’ll have the opportunity to scale, model, and construct world-class work for clients across the globe.
Responsibilities:
• Provide support to architecture teams on critical projects.
• Contribute to the creation of building designs and drawings.
• Utilize freehand sketches and design software (AutoCAD, Revit).
• Scale, model, and construct designs.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and inclusion.
• Bring fresh ideas and perspectives to the team.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a NAAB accredited program.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Must be within commutable distance of the Bellevue office.
• Must be at least a rising Junior.
Ideally, You’ll Also Have:
• 3.0 GPA
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketchup
