Job Description: Architecture Intern (Summer 2026)
This is an Architecture Intern position for the summer of 2026, targeting undergraduate students pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Architecture (BSArch) or graduate students pursuing a Master of Architecture (MArch) degree.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide assistance in preparing construction documents and specifications for various projects.
• Work on projects spanning the educational, governmental, corporate, and industrial sectors.
• Utilize and enhance skills in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Gain exposure to the entire project lifecycle, from schematic design to construction.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, including Architects, Interior Designers, Landscape Architects, and Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, and Structural engineering professionals, to develop a comprehensive understanding of project integration.
Work Schedule and Location:
• Hours: 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime.
• Duration: Mid-May through mid-August 2026.
• Location: Primarily office-based, with potential for flexible/hybrid work arrangements.
Compensation:
• The pay rate is $20 – $24 an hour.
• The final compensation rate will depend on the intern’s anticipated graduation date.
Housing Assistance:
• Out-of-state students are encouraged to apply and may be eligible for housing assistance.
Required Qualifications:
• Currently an undergraduate student pursuing a BSArch or a graduate student pursuing an MArch.
• Previous training or experience with AutoCAD and Revit.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Degree emphasis on Environmental Design.
• Previous internship experience with an Architecture firm.
• Knowledge of construction methods, plan reading, and preparation of construction documentation.
• Knowledge of Lumion, Sketchup, and/or Adobe Suite.
2026 Internship Program Details:

Pre-Employment Screening:
• Upon acceptance of a conditional offer of employment, the selected candidate will be required to complete a standard pre-employment background screening.
