What You’ll Actually Do
• Inspect: Conduct comprehensive architectural inspections at various construction phases to verify compliance with design specifications, building codes, and UAE construction standards, including Estidama requirements.
• Supervise: Supervise on-site construction activities and coordinate with contractors to ensure adherence to approved architectural plans and quality standards with meticulous attention to detail.
• Document: Document inspection findings with precision, prepare detailed reports, and maintain organized records of all site observations, corrective actions, and compliance documentation.
• Communicate: Identify and communicate design discrepancies, construction defects, or non-compliance issues to project stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner.
• Review: Review and analyze construction materials, finishes, and workmanship to ensure they meet specified quality requirements and project specifications.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 6 years of professional experience in architectural inspection and site supervision on commercial or residential construction projects.
• Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of building codes, construction standards, and UAE building regulations, including Emirates Standards and Metrology Authority (ESMA) requirements; proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documents; strong understanding of construction materials, methods, building systems, and modern construction technologies; demonstrated experience with quality assurance and quality control processes in construction environments.
• Bonus: Valid UAE Professional Engineer License or equivalent professional certification in architectural inspection.
